Towards a digital Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Information Technology Board is a public sector autonomous organization established under an Act of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly in May 2011 for the promotion of Information Technology, Information Technology enabled services and Information Technology enabled education for the public and private sectors of the Province of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Since its inception, the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Information Technology Board is committed to the digital transformation of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. To streamline this digital transformation, KPITB has undertaken various initiatives under the Digital Policy Pillar. Moreover, its achievements are not limited to good governance and public service delivery but their impact has been considerably visible in other areas as well e.g., introducing ICT in governance towards bringing efficiency, accountability and transparency in the government working, creation of employment creation, provision of employable digital skills, promotion of ICT businesses, innovation and entrepreneurship.
